Don’t forget as part of your membership benefits you receive an initial service and safety check. During the winter period we make repairs a priority to keep our customers warm, so it may take slightly longer than usual to complete your service. Please relax in the knowledge that under your membership you are still entitled to any repairs during this time. We will be in contact as soon as we can to arrange a date that is convenient for you.
Phone calls: We may monitor and/or record calls for security, quality or training purposes. Calls to 0800 numbers may be free from BT landlines but will vary with other providers, and calls from mobiles may be considerably higher. The cost of calls to 0845 numbers may vary so please check with your provider for exact charges.
