Standard service and repair terms and conditions
#Fixed price boiler repairs: Fixed Price Repair price is *latest price* . The Fixed Price Repair covers repairs up to the value of £600 (including callout, parts, labour and VAT). If the value of the repair is greater than £600, the engineer will provide an additional quotation for the work during the appointment under the Time and Materials (Pay As You Go) repair product. Labour costs under the Time and Materials (Pay As You Go) repair product are £45.96 per half hour plus the cost of any parts. The customer then pays the Fixed Price Repair Fee for the first £600 of work (including callout, parts, labour and VAT) plus the additional quote. Excludes repairing or replacing heat exchangers, hot water cylinders, radiators or blockages, scale and sludge in your system. This product is strictly subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. Prices quoted are correct as at 04/10/2011. Subject to change. ##*latest price* covers the cost of call out and the first half an hours labour, additional charges may apply for any parts required to complete the repair. Any additional time will be charged at a rate of £45.96 per half-hour. The engineer will provide you with a quote for any additional work and parts required to complete the repair. Payment will be required by debit or credit card in advance of any additional work being completed. Customers are not able to switch between a Pay as you go (Time and Materials) repair and a Fixed Price Repair once an engineer has visited the property.
