Please note: we currently don't have enough Juice for business, so we can only supply residential properties. If you take Juice and gas, gas will be supplied in the normal way and you'll get a standard npower contract for it.

Existing npower customers

If you currently take gas from us, and take your electricity from another supplier, you only need to switch your electricity supply to Juice to take both fuels from us.

If you currently take electricity from us and are interested in npower Juice, then simply call 0845 070 7719 to switch to Juice.

Before you Quote and Switch

You may find it useful to have current bills, statements and renewal notices to hand when using our form.

You'll also need your bank details handy to complete direct debit applications.

If you have a promotional code, you'll be asked for this in our form.

Your supply number and your meter point ref. no will help us process your switch, but they are not essential.
