Bill Saver May 2013 offers annual charges 5% below our standard variable charges for the average customer until 31st may 2013. After the 31st May 2013, customers will revert to our prevailing standard variable (off-line) prices.
Switch and you could get up to £75 Love2Shop vouchers. Plus, pay by Direct Debit for both your gas and electricity and you’ll also receive a discount of £100 when you’ve paid this way continuously for 12 months.
Bill Saver May 2013 is not available to prepayment customers or customers with non-standard metering. Prices aren’t fixed or capped so may vary during the offer period. Bill Saver has a standing charge so annual charges for customers with very low consumption may be higher than the charges on our standard tariff which does not contain a standard charge.
Bill Saver May 2013: Charges are guaranteed to be 5% lower for the average customer, on an annual basis, than our standard (off-line) variable charges from time to time until 31.05.13 when they will revert to prevailing (off-line) standard prices. Requires a residential contract with npower for electricity and/or gas on our Bill Saver May 2013 tariff entered on or after 23.01.12, paying by Direct Debit or on receipt of bill. Based on a customer with a typical annual average electricity consumption of 3,300kWh and gas consumption of 16,500kWh. Includes VAT at the reduced rate of 5%. Annual charges for customers at other consumption levels will vary. As Bill Saver has a standing charge, annual charges for customers with an annual electricity consumption of 728 kWh or less and/or annual gas consumption of 4572 kWh or less (as applicable) will be higher than our standard charges. Your annual discount: If you pay by monthly Direct Debit continuously for 12 months we’ll give you a discount off your bill (£100 if you buy both electricity and gas, £50 if you buy just gas or £40 if you buy just electricity). Your discount will be credited to your account on or before the last day of the 12th month after becoming eligible and then on or before the same last day of each year you continue to pay this way. Dual fuel customers must pay for both fuels in one combined payment and accept a combined dual fuel statement to receive a Dual Fuel discount. If you don’t pay by Direct Debit and you receive any discount that is equivalent to our Direct Debit discount, this equivalent discount will be replaced by the Direct Debit discount if you switch to Direct Debit payment.
